For the Gen Z VC Summit, I developed The Innovator’s Journey, an immersive, creator-forward campaign designed to make Chicago’s innovation programming feel interactive, visual, and shareable.
Inspired by the language of traditional tarot decks, the concept translated startup founder archetypes into a custom card deck, branded photo moment, live tarot card reader, and street-style summit interviews. The result was a cultural entry point into Chicago’s venture ecosystem: part experiential activation, part content engine, part IRL community moment.

As head of marketing, I developed the concept end to end, directed designers, shaped the visual and experiential system, and brought the campaign to life on-site through live programming, creator-style interviews, audience engagement, and a branded photo activation.
